I had a towbar fitted recently, mainly because we’ve been trying to get sorted for a few weekend trips this summer, and it just didn’t feel right afterwards. I’m not especially fussy with car stuff, as long as it works and looks tidy, but the wiring looked messy and the whole job felt a bit rushed, like they were just trying to get me out of there. I went back to ask about it because it had been bothering me on the drive home, and I’d even mentioned it to my brother who knows a bit more about these things, but I was mostly fobbed off. Didn’t really get any proper reassurance or help. Not what I expected at all, and I wouldn’t use the fitting service again

I was disappointed when this showed up. The box was ripped open and looked like it had been through a lot, and some of the parts were already scratched. I’ve seen other people get theirs in decent shape, so maybe I just got unlucky, but mine definitely arrived a mess

I ordered a towing cover from towsure.com and it didn’t feel right as soon as I took it out. The material felt cheap, and after using it once the stitching started coming loose. Then that part near the edge ripped really easily, which was disappointing. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered a trailer lock and some straps. The sizes I got were not the ones listed. I emailed them about it. Still no real fix. Frustrating. I won’t be ordering from them again.

It’s not a bad product, but I did feel like the price was a little high for what you get. It works fine overall, I just expected a bit more value for the money.

I don’t know why, but I expected a towing shop to have a much better range of towing bits. It felt limited, and a lot of the stuff I needed either wasn’t listed at all or only had one really basic option. I ended up having to check other sites just to get everything together, which was a bit annoying. Not really impressed, to be honest.

What frustrated me most was that it felt like every question got brushed off with some kind of “that’s our policy” explanation instead of actually trying to sort it out. I bought this from towsure the instructions just really threw me off. They were all over the place, like some tiny but important details were missing, and the pictures didn’t really make things any clearer either. I kept stopping and thinking, right, am I missing something here or is this just badly explained? What should’ve been a fairly simple job ended up taking way longer than it needed to because I was basically guessing my way through half the steps. Frustrating experience overall.

I ordered from Towsure and the delivery communication was bad. There wasn’t any clear tracking, no proper heads-up when it got delayed, and I ended up having to chase them just to find out what was happening. I was checking my emails in between making a cup of tea and feeding the dog, and still nothing useful came through. It’s really frustrating when you’ve already paid and you’re just left guessing where your order is.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering: I sent the item back weeks ago and I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve been waiting and checking, but nothing has come through. Frustrating experience, so I’d be careful before buying.

I ordered this because the product details said it would fit my setup, but it definitely didn’t. Frustrating on its own, but then trying to get help was even worse. Support kept bouncing me around and asking for the same info again, so it felt like I was stuck in a loop instead of getting a real answer.

I thought this was going to fit right out of the box based on the description, but it ended up needing a bit of adjusting. It worked out in the end, but I was a little disappointed because I expected it to fit better without the extra effort...

I checked the stock before ordering and it showed as available, so I went ahead expecting to get it. Then it turned out it wasn’t actually in stock. it felt misleading and was a frustrating waste of time.

Really disappointed with the support after buying.

I thought click and collect would make things easier, but it was the opposite. The collection process was not convenient at all and ended up adding unexpected stress to what should have been a quick pickup

Pages seemed to load slowly, the filters didn’t really narrow things down the way I expected, and my basket kept doing odd things when I went back to check something. I’m fairly sure it took way longer than it needed to, so I ended up giving up and buying elsewhere. The site definitely feels like it needs some sorting out.

They did get back to me eventually, and they weren’t rude or anything, but I was getting impatient waiting around. A quicker response would’ve made the whole thing a lot better
